Quality Early Learning Frameworks
In Australia, all childcare and early learning centres must strictly abide by the Early Years Learning Framework as established by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority. At City Kids Early Learning Centre, we wholeheartedly embrace this framework as a means of fostering a learning environment that not only supports the holistic development of each child but also builds a strong foundation for their lifelong learning journey.
Early Years Learning Framework
In Australia, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is a government initiative that outlines a national curriculum for children from birth to school age. City Kids Early Learning Centre has embraced this initiative and embedded it into our curriculum.
The EYLF is an ‘outcomes-based’ curriculum, including outcomes based on ‘identity’, ‘community’, ‘well-being’, ‘communication’, and ‘learning’. We actively promote and plan activities based on these outcomes in collaboration with children and families.

The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia
Assessment and Rating
The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a national benchmark for all early childhood education and care services in Australia. Services are governed by the Education and Care Services National Law, and the rating process promotes transparency with the aim of ongoing quality.
